1st day think Im going to love it !
I did my 1st. 5k 2 weeks ago did finish and ran straight through. I decided that I would start training for a 10 k. Even though I can run distance I want to increase my speed and I think starting at the beginning if this program will help.
The voice is too low and you can miss your cue, but there is a way to view the run before starting just hit the I (info) on the screen and it will say walk 2:00, run 3, walk 2:00 etc. so you do know what yo expect with each workout. I like having a record and it Also gives you an indoor outdoor option.
