Ver good app. It pushes u every time further. It challenges you I love it

Really bad UX

Skips rounds accidentally, lock button is too close to previous button, therefore accidental interruptions often happen. Weg schmeißen!

Fantastic app

This is the only app that actually made me run 10k wow

Pro version doesnt even work!!!

I paid for this, because it would supposedly link with mapmyrun. It doesnt even open. Terrible. Waste of money. Hopefully the developers will do something for me.

Good workout

The app is well built and the training programs are good. I ran my first 10k race and did very well. Thanks to this app. The only bug is that today it wont publish on Facebook and my app is set to automatically publish. All my previous workout did publish. Can you fix thick bug?

More intense than 5km

Ive noticed right of the hop the runs are longer with a shorter walk period than the run a 5km. At the start I was worried I wouldnt get to my goal on time, but considering the nature of the program - itll be possible.

Just ok keeps closing on me, ads

Not too good. It keeps randomly closing if I pause or change aps and loses all my data. I tried upgrading to the paid version 3 times before I could do so successfully, and I thought it would end the ads but nope - still get pop up ads for their related products. Very very annoying.

Erased my data!

Good app. But sometimes it doesnt save my data right away. I had a great run- but it didnt save it :/

Love the app but not the ads

I previously used the running for Red Rock weight loss app which was a great way to get started. Ive now graduated to the 10k app which is motivating and keeps my progress moving. Not sure if the difference between terms in apps of run or jog, I tend to go same speed for both. I really hate that I continue to get ads in my paid for app though. Granted they are for other Red Rock apps but arent I paying to avoid that annoyance!

Ads in a paid version?

This is supposed to be the "pro" version but you get spammed with ads for their other products constantly.

I understand You guys gotta promote your apps, but thats Pro version!

Awesome

Total beginner at running but managed to get through the first day and I felt amazing. Love this app!

10K Training App

I really like this app. I like the interval training it gives. I feel it will help me progress in my training. The only thing I dont like is that the timing jumps backwards to a part of the workout Ive already done. So, I have to try to figure out where I was in my workout to get back on track.

Does not work as expected

Even showing one bar in signal icone GPS does not work. I can not get instructions while listening music. The music stop for a second but no instructions is given (high volume was set up in app settings)

Good app but...

I wish you could preview what the workout looks like before heading out the door. Having the mental preparation of knowing Ill be running for short time frames or longer would be helpful

Great app

Functionally this is a great app. The only two reasons I gave it two stars was because you cant pick a playlist to listen to while running, and then shuffle thst playlist. Other reason was because the voice in the app is nowhere near loud enough, I missed my queues many times because of this. Otherwise, great program and application.

Not so good

I have already ran several 5K races this year and wanted to step it up so I purchased 10k Pro app. I found this app is more for the beginner runner because I had to fast forward through the first several weeks of the training session to find my skill level. The app seems to skip parts of the tutorial during runs.

Make a half marathon version

This app pushed me to run further...Id love it if you made a half marathon version :))!

Fine training app

Only thing it needs is a way to view the workout ahead of time. Would be nice to know what is ahead of you to mentally prepare and to allow for enough time to complete the workout.
